Ball valves need immediate attention when they go wrong, as they can often cause several thousands of pounds worth of damage if the fault is not rectified as soon as possible.

As soon as you've called us, (or before) find out where your stop cock is and turn your water off until we arrive.

We'll supply and fit a new ball valve to your system when we arrive and your problem will be solved.

You should check your ball valve regularly, to spot any potential hazards and avoid the possibility of water flooding through your ceilings.
